Spelthorne Leisure Centre is a brand new development, once completed, it will be a leading energy efficient leisure centre. Complete with 25m pool and sports courts.
Klasse G-board has been utilised in this project as the chosen external sheathing board.

Practical Considerations
Contractors Express Group Ltd needed sheathing boards that provided good reaction to fire, strong durability and ease of use.
Klasse offered a solution, with our gypsum G-board being the preferred choice due to our extensive testing, A1 rated fire classification and lightweight properties.
Why Klasse?
The materials used in this project needed to be durable and practical, which is why G-board is a great fit. With A1 fire-rated, fully non-combustible certification, it also boasts high density to mitigate wind and installation damage. Easy score and snap feature means cutting to size and installing is simple too, minimising any delays in the construction.
