About the project
This residential block in Ealing, London required replacement cladding, in part due to recent fire regulations and rules that have come into effect.
Klasse G-board was utilised on this project due to its ease of use and A1 fire-rated, fully non-combustible classification.

Practical Considerations
Contractors Eden Facades wanted an external sheathing board that would be easy to install over the existing structure whilst fire safety was also a major consideration, and G-Board (Outwear) ticked both these boxes for the contractor.
Why Klasse?
The materials used in this project needed to be durable and robust, which is why G-board was a great fit. A1 fire-rated, fully non-combustible, and durable enough to withstand installation damage, G-board was the perfect choice for this project.
Klasse G-board is easy to handle and to cut, making work easier and safer for installers. With it's score and snap feature, installers were able to quickly cut the boards down to the right size, everytime to fit any shape.
