This year, we were thrilled to welcome Jim Lawless as our keynote speaker, he is a former British freediving record-holder and a novice-turned-televised horse jockey in just 12 months. Jim shared his remarkable journey, offering motivational insights on taming emotional challenges - his 'tiger' - and embracing his 'DARE' mindset.
